I realized I was "different" from an early age. I liked to wear my sister's clothes, dance around the house, and create artwork all day. After spending my first 18 years in Colorado, I went on to study East Asian Studies at Princeton University, where I found a love for facilitating workshops about race, gender, class, and sexuality and studying Chinese history and culture.
Since 2019, I have come into my spiritual purpose as a guide for other queer and transgender people to take up their unique calling and heal themselves and the world. My experiences overcoming addiction sparked a passion for coaching and cultivating health and wellness. In my lifetime, I hope to contribute to a wisdom culture of queer and trans elders who offer our gifts and talents to the more-than-human world as healers, teachers, and gatekeepers.
Aside from my coaching practice, I enjoy spending time in nature, crocheting, Zumba dancing, practicing acro-yoga, and cooking plant-based meals for friends and family. Some of my current favorite books are Nature and the Human Soul by Bill Plotkin and Conscious Loving by Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks. Lately, I've been fascinated with the 道德经 (Dao De Jing), ecopsychology, and androgynous fashion.
I'm excited to connect with you and support you on your own unique, wild, queer journey of connection, purpose, and love.
In the words of Rumi,
“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field.
I’ll meet you there."
